Join basketmaker Karla Pearce to take your first steps into the craft of willow weaving in a relaxed and supportive environment. In this half day workshop you will be guided through different weaving techniques to create a willow fatball bird feeder to take home and hang in your garden. You will also learn a helix weave to create and ornamental dragonfly to display indoors or outdoors. This workshop, ideal for beginners, provides an opportunity to try your hand at working with willow and meet other people interested in this heritage craft.
All materials and tools will be provided and the price includes refreshments.
