An art exhibition by the Bontnewydd Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn Art Group.
“It is with great pride that I am able to present this fantastic body of art work undertaken by the Bontnewydd Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn Art Group.
We have been in existence for a little over seven years, ever since Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn re-located from Caernarfon to Bontnewydd. We have grown as an Art group from six or seven members to twenty regulars with a waiting list. We meet every Tuesday, one class in the morning, and one in the afternoon. All our members are retired and come from many different backgrounds.
Tuesday is very important to us all and we always look forward to meeting up. Little acts of kindness, support, and inspiration combined with a lot of fun and laughter are the basis of our group.
We are very fortunate to have a warm, safe environment, a warm welcome, paned and the option for a lovely home cooked dinner.
In these days we are more aware than ever of loneliness and isolation in our communities and having this venue local to the Caernarfon area is very gratefully acknowledged by all of us.
We do dream of our next project, we do believe in ourselves and look what we achieved.
We hope you enjoy this exhibition and many of the works can be purchased at a very reasonable price.”
