Part 2 of a retrospective of Paul Davies’ work. Featuring previously unseen items, with a focus on the now iconic Welsh Not lovespoon, part of a performance at the Wrexham National Eisteddfod in 1977. Paul Davies was the driving force of Beca.
SAIN has been an accompaniment to the lives of the people of Wales since the late 60's, and the music and songs have been a soundtrack to various periods in our history - everyone has a story, and often there is a song to accompany that story. After half a century of recording and publishing, this is an archive of national treasure, and a very important part of the culture and heritage of Wales – this exhibition highlights some of the labels, recordings and history during the last 50 years.

With an increasing awareness of ‘gender issues’, this exhibition displays some of Storiel’s collection that reveals cultural change and hidden histories.
Portraying the simple everyday things, people at work or at leisure, with a sense of community fundamental to us all. Paintings by an artist who, when not wearing his goalie gloves, will assuredly have a paintbrush in his hands.
